This program is for people who wants to train Hybrid and aiming to increase their strength & stamina at the same time specifically 5KM distance or around it, this program isn’t for complete beginners or who are quite new to running, choose the Beginner Level of this program in that case.
Having a access to a commercial gym would be ideal, the exercise selection is based on equipment easily found in most of the gym but even if not there’s added exercise substitution section added and provided free weights variation of the machine variations.
You’ve to workout 5 days a week in this program as this program is made for improving your strength and stamina both we need to work on both aspects in a week.
Each workout should take you approximately 60-90 minutes from start to finish, including the warm-up. If you roughly adhere to the rest periods and warm-up provided, your workouts really shouldn’t take longer than 1 hour.
You can easily perform the running workouts added in the program on a treadmill in the gym, the speed workouts can be little challenging initially to perform on treadmill, otherwise it’s completely your choice to do the running workouts on track/ground or on a treadmill.
