I’m Ajay Boora and I’ve been training for over 8 years, dedicated to building not just strength but a deeper understanding of true fitness. Throughout my career, I’ve achieved success as a state medalist gymnast, a national-level wrestler, and a national medalist in powerlifting. These experiences have shaped my approach to fitness, pushing me to continually improve and adapt.

Along the way, I’ve faced significant challenges, including ACL and meniscus surgeries. Rather than letting these injuries hold me back. Instead, I recovered, rebuilt, and am now hitting personal records that once seemed impossible.

But to me, fitness is so much more than just lifting weights or building muscles. It’s about understanding the body, developing mental resilience, and finding balance. Through my experiences, I’ve learned that true fitness is about strength, flexibility, endurance, and above all, a lifestyle that supports overall well-being.
